More

At the website of The Norwegian Touring Theatre the following, among other things, is written about The Price:

"Two grown-up brothers meet to share what is left in their late father's attic. They haven't seen each other for many years. One chose duty, the other career. The youngest brother has brought his wife, who hopes that this inheritance may mean the beginning of something new. And they have found an old used-furniture dealer to estimate the value of the artefacts. But this dealer has lived a long and unpredictable life. He knows the price you pay and the value of what you get rarely correspond.

The Price is an intense chamber play for four persons who each in their way has tried to be true to their own opportunities and the demands of the surroundings. But have they paid too high a price for the choices they have made in their lives? It is exciting, it is disturbing - and it is entertaining!"
