    Press review

"Et humoristisk innlegg i en viktig debatt som fortjener et (større) publikum som ikke allerede er overbevist om at Amund Sjølie Sveen har noen gode poeng vi bør ta innover oss." Charlotte Myrbråten, BT

    More about The Norwegian Way

The Norwegian Way is a production by Amund Sjølie Sveen about how Norwegians need something to live for.

To quote Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg:

"One of the problems we have today is that even though we are materially successful, we’ve obviously got troubles filling existence with content. In other words, we have plenty to live on, but not as much to live for".

The Norwegian Way ponders like this: "When the Iraqi people starved, UN launched the program called Oil for Food, to make it possible for Iraq to exchange oil for food. Norway has plenty of oil and plenty of food, but needs something to give meaning to life. That is why we need the program Oil for Art!"
